Do I need trees and tomatoes?

This is my setup.

I use 1 helper to water trees in the plot; when he waters the trees he also waters 1 tomato field. also if you put 2 tree plots in front of the plant nursery and water, speed grow, Then you'd do the same for the plant nursery and getting prizes very rapidly. I learned this with the Valentine's quest

Another glitch if you water trees around the plant nursery too much it will ask you to keep watering plants and you can collect all day i assume but then you have to deal with the lady giving you another plant in circles, or close and restart.

I accumulated 64 pruning shears I was able to use from inventory
