Did you know that there are so many budding female entrepreneurs in the Women's Council? Unfortunately, they are in need of capital funding for the long run. Barbara has some ideas on how to help them after she noticed that the demand for Floral Items keeps fluctuating from time to time. She wants to open a business to cater to all the weddings this fall to help them raise funds.
