Why am I not getting the Farm Bucks after pinning FarmVille 2 on my shortcuts?

We've heard that some farmers are not getting the Farm Bucks after pinning FarmVille 2 on their shortcut. Closing the pop-up then pinning FarmVille 2 will not work.

Please follow these steps to make sure that you will receive the rewards:

Click on the "Get Rewards for FREE" on the left side of your farm.

On the pop-up screen, click on Open Facebook.

Once you are on your Facebook Feeds, please pin FarmVille 2 on top. Then reload your farm by clicking on the shortcut.
